Network quality is of paramount importance for mobile operator MegaFon. In order to help the operator improve its network quality, we created an app Metricell, that can be used by MegaFon customers to report any network problems in places they often visit.
Simple feedback. Just with a few clicks, the user can be able to review the network quality and report poor network performance. The data is transmitted to the operator to identify the problems and improve service quality.
Help is always at hand. To solve user problems quickly, we implemented a customer service chat right in the app. Customers no longer need to wait for minutes on the hotline for the manager to connect: they only need to write about the problem and will surely receive a response.
